1. Provide comprehensive product factory inspection reports, material verification certificates, product installation instructions and other relevant information.

2. Provide all technical services required by your company free of charge, and guide the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the product. If necessary, our company will select experienced technicians to provide on-site installation guidance, test drive and start-up guidance, and deal with problems in a timely manner.

3. The after-sales service of the product shall be implemented in accordance with the standard requirements of the ISO9001 quality system. If your company encounters abnormal conditions during installation, commissioning or use, our company will send people to the site within 24 hours after receiving the notification to understand the situation, and provide free replacement and repair services.

4. Our company is responsible for the quality of the products it supplies and strictly implements the relevant regulations of the "Economic Contract Law" and the "Product Quality Law".
